Fall DPI In-Services
The DPI sectional in-services are held across the state and all secondary agricultural teachers are encouraged to attend. Each section selects a unique date and location each year, organized by the respective WAAE Board Representatives. DPI Agriculture and Natural Resources Education Consultant presents various training topics in the morning and the afternoon normally consists of a speaker and/or tour in the area. WAAE Board Representatives facilitate a sectional meeting during the lunch hour at the in-person meeting.

NAAE Convention
This is the premier national event of the year for agricultural teachers. Two conferences in one location; NAAE Convention for ag teachers and ACTE Vision Tech Conference for all CTE teachers.
The 2024 ACTE Career Tech Expo will be on Thursday, December 5 and Friday, December 6 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, TX, 900 E Market Street, San Antonio, TX 78205.
The NAAE Convention is the premier national event of the year for agricultural educators and the ACTE Vision Tech Conference is for all CTE teachers.

NAAE CONVENTION SIGN UP LINK
This is the sign up sheet for those attending NAAE Convention. This is used by the Executive Director to sign everyone up for the Early Bird Registration by July 30. Early bird fee is $515 for 2024.
