Our Mission
The Wisconsin FFA Alumni and Supporters Association, Inc. strives to be Wisconsin's premier agriculture education advocate. We support the local FFA Alumni Chapters so that they are better equipped to assist their local community, agriculture instructor(s) and agriculture youth.
The Wisconsin FFA Alumni Association is a registered 501(c)(3) organization with the Internal Revenue Service. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our federal tax identification number is 23-7252856.
Don’t let the name confuse you – it doesn’t matter if you’ve ever belonged to FFA, or if you’re currently involved in production agriculture. All you need is an interest and believe in the advantages of agricultural education, and the FFA, to be an FFA Alumni. Parents, friends, supporters, past FFA members–anyone wanting to support FFA, agricultural education and agriculture is welcome to join the Wisconsin FFA Alumni Association.
Alumni members may help their local FFA chapters by giving of their 4 T's: Time, Talent, Treasures & Testimony.
Membership roles include:
Advocates - Those who share the testimony and stories of FFA and Agricultural Education.
Donors - Those who share their treasures of financial support or supplies needed.
Mentors - Those who share their talents and help to train and teach members and students.
Volunteer - Those who share their time to help out at various activities.
Goals...
- To encourage positive relationships between agriculture education departments, school districts, communities, the FFA Family members, and the alumni chapters.
- To provide networking opportunities, leadership training, and advocacy information for chapter and council members.
- To encourage open communication between the state council and chapters.
- To provide chapters with up to date materials and information regarding the Wisconsin FFA Alumni Association, Inc.
