The Wisconsin FFA Foundation has officially launched the License Plate Campaign! Through this initiative, Wisconsin FFA is working with the Wisconsin DMV to create a specialty license plate that proudly represents agriculture, our state, and FFA. Thank you to the Elkhorn FFA Alumni & Supporters for funding the initial fee required to create the Wisconsin FFA license plate. Their commitment and leadership made this project possible We believe that when we come together, incredible things can happen. Read below to learn how you can get involved and help drive Wisconsin FFA forward.

How the License Plate Supports FFA      
Each Wisconsin FFA license plate purchased includes a $25 annual donation to the Wisconsin FFA Foundation. The total cost of the plate is $125, which includes an $85 vehicle registration fee, a $15 insurance fee, and the $25 contribution to the Foundation.

These are fees that must be paid regardless—now with a built-in opportunity to directly support FFA programs and members across Wisconsin.

How You Can Support This Project      
To move this project forward, we must first collect 500 handwritten signatures showing intent to purchase the Wisconsin FFA license plate. Once this goal is reached, the petition and initial fee will be submitted to the Wisconsin DMV. After approval, the Wisconsin FFA Foundation will host a license plate design contest, giving supporters the opportunity to help shape the final look of the plate.

2.Sign your name and complete all address fields on the form.
All information must be handwritten and clearly legible.
