Food for America Application

2025 Food for America Award Application Due Date: May 1, 2025

The 2025 application is a two-part application. A Google Slide Deck template has been created to share up to 12 events and activities that your chapter does for the Food for America program.  Activities that engage K-12 students and community in agriculture literacy activities are eligible for consideration.  Once the Google Slide Deck is complete, please link the slides to the official form below.

NEW AWARD RECOGNITION! The Food For America programs that meet specific criteria will be eligible for an award from the Wisconsin Farm Bureau and will be recognized on stage at the Wisconsin State FFA Convention. One representative from each recognized chapter will walk across stage. The value of the prize will depend on the number of applications.
