Wisconsin FFA Foundation seeks candidates to fill open positions – Executive Director and Operations Manager
MADISON, Wis. [November 28, 2016] – The Wisconsin FFA Foundation is now accepting applications for a full-time Executive Director and a full-time Operations Manager. It seeks candidates with strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently on multiple projects and deadlines.
The Wisconsin FFA Foundation builds resources through the development of partnerships that support the Wisconsin FFA mission of premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education. There are three staff positions that maintain finances and coordinate all fund development efforts including corporate and individual donor outreach, direct mail, golf outings, and state convention activities. In addition, they plan and execute outgoing communications by website, newsletters, email, social media, face-to-face meetings as well as coordination with the Foundation’s board of directors and Wisconsin’s Team Ag Ed.
The Executive Director leads this successful team by being client-focused, entrepreneurial-minded, and a strategic thought leader. The Operations Manager maintains attention to detail with donor communications, information management, and financial reporting.
