Preliminary Virtual Screen

Teams invited to the Virtual Screening (April 8th event) CDE is linked here.

For all teams that placed in  at least the top 50% at regional live qualification contests. Teams MUST register and compete in Preliminary Virtual Screen Contest to advance to LIVE State Contest.

Exceptions: Agronomy, Ag Sales, Dairy Handlers, Forestry, Meats, Nursery Landscape. and Poultry -  All interested teams may enter the State Virtual Screen in these CDE areas. 

Registration Deadline: April 6, 2022  @ 5 p.m

Ag Communications, Farm Business Management, Middle School, Food Science, and Environmental Science. Open to ANY individuals or teams NO travel or qualification required.

Campus Tours at UW- Madison NEW for 2022
On Friday April 29, 2022 the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) will offer campus tours for FFA CDE contestants, current High School students, FFA members, advisors and guests.   These tours will start with a general meeting in the Stock Pavillian at either 8:30 or 10:00 a.m.    After the general meeting anyone interested in a CALS campus savanger hunt will be able to participate.  Current CALS students will serve as tour informants at each of the check points on the savanger hunt.  Participants will have access to "see" different CALS buildings and ask questions of the CALS students.   Interested participants do NOT need to register.  Please come to the Stock Pavillion (location)  for one of the general meeting times (8:30 or 10:00 ) to listen to the general presentation information and to pick up the savanager hunt materials.   More information will be coming out to advisors regarding this opportunity after registration for State LIVE CDE's is completed.
